Our Mission
We started Reality Check Network because we believe fully managed hosting should be provided by technology partners, not vendors. To us a partner is someone who is equally invested in your success. That's why we provide the highest level of managed service, technical support, and enterprise design, allowing our customers to focus on what they do best – their business.
Overview
Since our beginnings we have expanded to seven data centers, two on the East Coast (Weehawken, NJ and North Bergen, NJ), one on the West Coast (San Jose, CA) and four in Europe (Amsterdam, NL). We've expanded our services portfolio based on our customer needs launching Managed Storage, Load Balancing, and most recently the deployment of our CDN in partnership with LimeLight Networks.
Looking to the future we listen to our customers and let their needs guide us. Currently we are working on furthering our Managed Storage products with new distributed file systems and providing robust networking options that will allow our customers to take advantage of our global presence. We believe that remaining flexible is a key virtue in the IT services field and we are excited to see where our customers' passions will lead us next.

Ben Uretsky 
Co-Founder / Chief Executive Officer
One of the founders of Reality Check Network, Ben is the dependable team leader that everyone turns to for support and guidance. Throughout his career, he has built and maintained massive web hosting and VoIP networks, and to this day is largely responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing Reality Check Network's infrastructure. Ben has over a decade of industry experience, and has a BS in Information Systems from Pace University.
Neal Shrader
Senior System Administrator
Neal is a top notch technician with a passion for system automation. He is working on improving our system roll-out procedures as well as creating automation scripts that constantly scan the entire network and all nodes. As a senior system administrator, he also possesses a rare talent — he can quickly explain complex technology in simple terms to any customer.
Phil Dougherty
Senior System Administrator / Support Manager
Phil manages the most pressing, challenging technical support requests and complex customer issues. He oversees the support staff to ensure that every customer's request is managed promptly, diligently and reaches a resolution. He is the reason your servers don't go down at 3AM.
Viktar Sakovich
Senior System Administrator
Viktar's exceptional technical knowledge, persistence when troubleshooting, and understanding of system optimization make him a true expert at Linux administration by anyone's standards. His in-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies makes him an integral part of the team as we grow our virtualization capabilities.
Lev Uretsky
Business Operations Coordinator
Lev is our hands-on data center and infrastructure specialist, responsible for all wiring, racking, configuring, and deployment of hardware. He coordinates all data center logistics to uphold our 2 hour hardware replacement guarantee. He holds a Business Administration degree from Baruch College.
Moisey Uretsky
Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer
As the second founder of Reality Check Network, Moisey has taken over the technology oriented responsibilities of the organization. Having done system administration, software development, and having various business roles, he serves as the glue that keeps the organization running smoothly even in the most challenging of times.
Jessica Aflak
Administrative Office Manager
Jessica joined the team as our Administrative Office Manager. She handles customer billing inquiries and keeps our office running smoothly and efficiently. As an integral part of the company, Jessica is our 'go-to-girl' ensuring that every member of the staff is well taken care of. She prides herself in devoting full attention to customer and staff needs, no matter how big or small.
Harrison C. Wong
Senior RAILs Developer
Harrison is responsible for development of the Customer Portal, as well as other RAILs applications at our company. Thanks to his development of our Customer Portal, we are able to provide customers with a single point of management for their service. He has a technical approach to problem solving and shares the team's excitement for seeing his applications gain widespread use.
Sergey Morozik
System Administrator
With over fifteen years of experience Sergey has been exposed to every facet of the IT industry. He has done everything from setting up ISPs to rolling out Xen virtualized infrastructures. His experience and analytical approach to troubleshooting make him a perfect match for the more complex issues our customers face.
Salvatore LaMendola
System Administrator
Sal joined Reality Check Network after relocating from sunny Florida to the NYC metro area. While in Florida he worked for several internet service providers including HOP Networks. He handled everything from technical support to datacenter build outs and network architecture oversight. He is a great addition to the Reality Check Network engineering staff.
