Then they make any necessary configuration changes to ensure that everything works on your new sever.

In the process of updating your configurations our technical support staff also takes the time out to review your entire setup and address any bad practices that your website may have picked up along the way. Things that we address include reducing complexity in directory structures, updating your layout to take advantage of caching software, enabling php accelerators if applicable, and tuning your MySQL server and web server based on our best practices.

After everything is finished our staff contacts you so that we can test the configuration live on the new server, and only after a successful test do we inform you to switch your DNS. The result is a headache free zero-downtime migration.

Software Installation and Management

We want you to focus on your business, not waste time installing software or configuring it, that's why software management is included as part of our fully managed hosting.
